Shipping Policy
Once your order is received we will select, pack and package your order and have it shipped to you as quickly as possible for you to enjoy our wonderful pickles. Shipping costs will depend on quantity ordered and as we like to fill and cram as much as possible into our jars they do weigh heavy but full of zingalicious pickles.
Our aim is to have our perfect pickles on your table as soon as possible in great condition.
Return & Exchange Policy
Need to return? no problem. We can accept returns on orders within 14 days from the date of purchase only providing the item is unopened and in the same condition it was shipped to you in. The onus is upon yourself to pay postage and return this to us.
If for whatever reason there is an issue with your order upon delivery we will endeavour to correct the issue and make things right for you.
Unfortunately if you just don't like the taste this is not a reason for return after all everyone's pallet is different.
