Hello I'm Nic, founder of Zingytingy Beetroot and chief pickler and peeler.
Here at Zingy HQ Aberdeen, we use only the finest locally produced Beetroot and Onions. Our products are suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians and are made using a secret family recipe that has been passed down through the generations.
My great great Grandma Elizabeth Insley is where all of our family knew the recipe came from and it was her Mother Ann Smith who taught her. We have no photos of Ann Smith there weren't many cameras back then, but it all began around 1850.
Fast forward over one hundred and seventy years and here we are producing the
best tasting pickled beets and onions you will ever try. Let us put the Zing and Tang into your ying and yang.
